There are oversized loads and there are oversized whatthehellishappeninghere loads. I needed to find a good definition of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and came across this trucking company's explanation of it. For a visual they included what I thought had to be a photoshopped image, but it's totally legit.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

In this photo is a flatbed semi hauling a 125,000 gallon liquid oxygen tank for use at a Cape Canaveral many gantries. Down in Florida, we launch things into space. It's been an industry here for more than a half century. That's right, Florida is literally where a lot of rocket scientists live, put that in your pipe and smoke it Florida haters.

Sorry, most of the rocket scientists live in Houston. You just get the technicians.

NASA scientists, sure, but I happen to know a few that moved back to work for private launch companies.

Headed home to NYC from DC a couple years back and saw 3 of these headed south - even from six lanes over they were massive:

No, I call bullshit. I don't doubt that they moved the big tank with semis, but how did they keep it balanced on the trailer?

Besides which, the dude in the yellow vest and hardhat is either 7'4" and 300 lbs, or completely out of scale with the truck. Besides which, why is he riding the tank?

it's real. The guy appears larger in relation to the truck because of the telephotic lens being used.

This video will show you the tank actually arriving at its destination. SpaceX is using it for launches in Florida.
